Mission

We all want to have pain free bodies that are full of vitality at every age! (without needing to drink that espresso up there) Honestly, this desire to live pain free and have consistent energy stores is what led me down the path to become a manual therapist, then a health coach and most recently a personal trainer. I’ve realized that human touch, nutrient dense food, regular movement, quality sleep, play, sunshine and treats are essential components to feeling great! I’ve amassed the knowledge and skills to embody aging gracefully and now I want to help you on your journey.
